Any unused portion of the Credit will be forfeited and will not be awarded as cash or additional compensation.
If the total cost of roofing services exceeds $25,000, the winner is responsible for any amount above $25,000.
Any roofing services obtained using the Credit will be subject to Sponsor’s standard residential roofing agreement and all applicable permitting requirements and laws.
Refund Option for Prior Customers
If the Grand Prize winner paid Sponsor for residential roofing services within the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the random drawing, the winner may elect to receive a reimbursement equal to the amount actually paid by the winner to Sponsor during that twelve (12) month period, not to exceed $25,000.
If the amount previously paid by the Grand Prize winner is less than $25,000, reimbursement will be limited to the amount actually paid. No additional cash or credit will be provided.
If the winner elects reimbursement, the winner will not also receive the Credit, in whole or in part.
For purposes of these Official Rules, references to the “Grand Prize” include either the Credit or the reimbursement elected by the winner, as applicable.
ODDS OF WINNING, WINNER SELECTION, AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on [October 31, 2026] at Sponsor’s principal place of business, located at [5515 E La Palma Ave Suite 250, Anaheim, CA 92807.]. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

As a condition of receiving the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner must complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, unless otherwise prohibited by law, a publicity consent within fourteen (14) days of the date set forth on the Grand Prize notification correspondence.
Sponsor may make multiple reasonable attempts to contact the potential winner. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Grand Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.
The Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except as expressly provided in the “Refund Option for Prior Customers” section. No substitutions are permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the Grand Prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
incorrect or inaccurate entry information;
lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or illegible entries;
technical malfunctions, failures, errors, or omissions of any kind, including failures of electronic equipment, computer systems, servers, networks, or software;
unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries;
human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes; or
any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that affects the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Nothing in these Official Rules shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
INTERNET ENTRIES
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, in whole or in part, if it is unable to operate as planned due to causes including, but not limited to: computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond Sponsor’s control that affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes.
For internet entries, in the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant or Grand Prize winner, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes. The “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person assigned to that email address by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., a business or educational institution) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, corrupted, or misdirected entries resulting from technical or transmission failures. Sponsor is not responsible for problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, hardware, or software, for failure of email or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or for injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer, device, or data related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading materials from any Sweepstakes-related website.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION; ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Except where prohibited by law, all disputes, claims, or controversies (each, a “Claim”) arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in the judicial district in which the entrant resides, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise.
Each entrant agrees that any Claim must be brought solely in the entrant’s individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration fees and costs shall be allocated in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and applicable law.
Any demand for arbitration must be filed within the time period permitted by the applicable statute of limitations.
Except as required by law, arbitration proceedings and any resulting award shall remain confidential.
If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to any particular Claim, that Claim shall proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction, and all remaining Claims shall remain subject to arbitration as set forth herein.
This Dispute Resolution provision applies solely to disputes arising from the Sweepstakes and does not govern disputes arising under any residential roofing agreement entered into with Sponsor.
