We had our roof leaking after severe storms here in Racine, Wi and TimeProof did everything they could to get a new roof up in a timely fashion. Our experience was just wonderful! The roof looks great, and during another storm recently our house was bone dry. Lavell, Josh, and the fabulous crew were respectful, competent, and stunningly kind. The properties (ours and our neighbor's) were beautifully cleaned after they were done. Bravo!

Above and beyond exceptional. Lavell and his team were all courteous, polite and very informative when I had any questions throughout the process. I love learning from these kinds of experiences and that was catered to also. As a nervous first time home owner, I am grateful for all the spoken interactions throughout the process, the kindness of each worker and their attention to details, as well as their dedication to getting this odd job done. The difficulty and size of this house project was not easy to work with. One company even denied giving me an estimate for it- Timeproof got it done safely! Thank you so so much you guys! Im so happy the nightmare that was is no more!

Jr and his crew were absolutely amazing. I would recommend him and his crew over and over again. They were very respectful, they came and went right to work. They were very professional in every aspect. They cleaned up, when they were done you would not have even known they were here. I was very impressed with the whole crew. Thank you for working so hard and doing an amazing job!!! My roof looks amazing.
Highly disappointed & expensive !!
Started out great. But after it was i stalled & they cashed my check !! They don't follow through with what they say & don't get back to you !! Think twice before using this vary expensive company that don't follow through !! Been waiting since 3/27/26 for them too mail me a receipt and copy of the warranty for my insurance company & it's 4/18/26 now !! Check long cleared the bank !!

Time proof usa was vary easy and efficient to work with and delivered on all their promises! Jeff my sales representative was vary friendly and explained everything clearly as well as answered all my questions. Jr and his crew were amazing. Their teamwork and efficient service was great. From their arrival at my home to compating the job they worked hard and effiently. Jr was vary friendly and professional. He communicated with me throughout the day and answered any questions I had. He also worked wonderfully with his crew who were at my home for about 12 hours from when they pulled in to strip my roof to cleaning up around my house and yard. Everything looks amazing!
