Timeproof USA was very efficient and completed the project in a timely manner, hence perhaps the word time is their first name. Justin Edgecomb, was polite and communicated all aspects of the project clearly. The roof looks great, makes the house very much more syllable. The house belongs to my 2x Vietnam Vet, who lost his wife in 2017, regrettably. During the ongoing rainy season of Dec and Jan the roof was already severally compromised, unbeknown to brother, and in many rooms the ceiling was now on the floor. Timeproof came out the next day and began the estimates, they even double tarped the roof to prevent more leaks seeping through into the rest of the dwelling. I have recommended to his neighbors how good this company is. I hope one day I can actually met the infamous Ty Pennington, their spokesperson.

Our experience with Timeproof was great! Our new 50-year old roof is and looks awesome, now. Each and every team member of Timeproof was indeed extremely professional during all phases of the project from beginning to end. We would particularly like to thank Mike, Shane, Carlin, and Kelly, for their professionalism. Shane did a great job of introducing the company and explaining every detail very patiently. He responded to each "dumb" question with utmost respect - :). After the project was completed, he came to deliver a document and to take a signature, even after hours, when we were available! During the replacement phase, Carlin and his team was in touch with us all the time and physically there with the crew several times. Kelly from their office emailed me all the documents we needed, on time, and Mike called and texted during the whole project, to see how it was going. We will not forget to thank the workers for doing their part and cleaning and hauling away the debris after the completion of the job.
