He took the time to explain the entire process, walked me through the benefits of their roofing system, and made sure all my questions were answered without any high pressure sales tactics. The installation crew was punctual, professional, and did a phenomenal job with the cleanup—you’d never even know they were there, except for the beautiful new roof! Jordan’s communication throughout the project was top notch, keeping me updated on every milestone. It’s rare to find this level of customer service and craftsmanship these days.
