Couldn’t be happier
My husband and I were in the process of getting estimates for our roof when we selected Timeproof USA as one of the roofing companies. From the moment we spoke with Taha, we felt that this was the company we wanted to work with. We explained our situation, water issues due to wind and hail damage, and a need to coordinate with our solar panel company to put on the roof after our solar panels were taken off. Our project manager Lavelle worked closely with us to ensure there was continuous communications between us and the solar panel company and ensured that we were made a priority due to the level of the damage on the roof. Once the team was scheduled to do the roof, they were there first thing in the morning, worked into the evening to make sure they completed the roof in one day. The roof looks great and the neighbors immediately commented about how nice it looked and how hard the team worked at doing a good job and completing the work as planned. Would definitely recommend Timeproofusa to anyone needing a roof, especially since they replaced some rotted wood, adding additional air vents for better coverage of the attic and put additional care around the chimney so water would never be an issue in the future. We have a 50 year warranty and I know that I can always reach out to them if I have any concerns in the future. Great job done by all of the employees I interacted with to get our roof replaced!
