Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions Page:
TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 or other applicable tax documentation as required by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the Grand Prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
incorrect or inaccurate entry information;
lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or illegible entries;
technical malfunctions, failures, errors, or omissions of any kind, including failures of electronic equipment, computer systems, servers, networks, or software;
unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries;
human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes; or
any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that affects the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Nothing in these Official Rules shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
INTERNET ENTRIES
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, in whole or in part, if it is unable to operate as planned due to causes including, but not limited to: computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond Sponsor’s control that affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes.
For internet entries, in the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant or Grand Prize winner, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes. The “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person assigned to that email address by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., a business or educational institution) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, corrupted, or misdirected entries resulting from technical or transmission failures. Sponsor is not responsible for problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, hardware, or software, for failure of email or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or for injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer, device, or data related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading materials from any Sweepstakes-related website.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION; ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Except where prohibited by law, all disputes, claims, or controversies (each, a “Claim”) arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in the judicial district in which the entrant resides, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise.
Each entrant agrees that any Claim must be brought solely in the entrant’s individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration fees and costs shall be allocated in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and applicable law.
Any demand for arbitration must be filed within the time period permitted by the applicable statute of limitations.
Except as required by law, arbitration proceedings and any resulting award shall remain confidential.
If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to any particular Claim, that Claim shall proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction, and all remaining Claims shall remain subject to arbitration as set forth herein.
This Dispute Resolution provision applies solely to disputes arising from the Sweepstakes and does not govern disputes arising under any residential roofing agreement entered into with Sponsor.
AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY, LIABILITY RELEASE AND PUBLICITY CONSENT
As a condition of receiving the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification correspondence, including the completion and execution of an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, unless otherwise prohibited by law, a publicity consent. All required documents must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the date set forth on the Grand Prize notification correspondence.
PUBLICITY
By accepting the prize, the Grand Prize winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, image, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
PRIVACY
Information collected from entrant is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at
/privacy/. Sponsor will use entrant’s information for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

GENERAL CONDITIONS; SPONSOR AUTHORITY
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to comply fully with these Official Rules and acknowledges that Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Sweepstakes—including, without limitation, eligibility determinations, entry validation, winner selection, prize fulfillment, and interpretation of these Official Rules—are final and binding.
Sponsor is solely responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, including the collection, receipt, and processing of entries. Entrants should direct any questions, comments, or concerns regarding the Sweepstakes to Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, violating these Official Rules, or submitting entries through fraudulent or improper means.
Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, in whole or in part, if the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
No waiver of any provision of these Official Rules shall constitute a waiver of any other provision or of that provision on any other occasion. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Nothing in these Official Rules shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
